We have a combined 50 years of living, working, and studying in Washington, DC and we have seen and done it all. We spent so much time in many of the neighborhoods, gone to the monuments and museums, ate and drank our way around good and bad restaurants and bars, navigated the DC government bureaucracy, paid years of taxes, moved several times within the city, experienced crime, and walked hundreds of miles around city. Before you start your adventure, wouldn’t you want to first know what you are getting into?

We offer personal one-on-one consultations over video or voice call, and you can book one hour ($200) to have a conversation about anything you want to know before traveling to Washington, D.C. We can speak to you about the neighborhoods, culture, trends, living expenses, typical rent and home prices, nightlife, safety, etc. You decide! Before our session, we will only ask for a quick email listing what topics you want to focus our conversation on.
